International Women’s Day

On 8th March 2026, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Ministry of Culture promotes free admission for all women to national cultural sites.

The National Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria is joining the initiative and choosing to turn the day into an opportunity for everyone to come together. In addition to free admission for women, the Museum is offering a free guided tour of the exhibition Gianni Versace. Terra Mater. Magna Graecia Roots Tribute, open to all visitors.

The tours will be led by the exhibition’s curators, Sabina Albano at 12:30 pm, and Director Fabrizio Sudano at 3:30 pm, accompanying visitors through the dialogue between the roots of Magna Graecia and Gianni Versace’s creative vision.

 
An opportunity to explore the Museum’s spaces together, discover the themes of the exhibition in greater depth, and experience culture as a space for dialogue and sharing.
