The Museum offers services to ensure a comfortable and safe experience: free cloakroom, paid educational activities, service quality charter, and user satisfaction surveys.
Free Cloakroom: located behind the ticket office, it is mandatory for backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas, and bulky items.
Guaranteed Quality: user experience is monitored through surveys in accordance with directive no. 8055/2018.
Service Charter: transparency and clear standards for the use of museum services.
Activities and workshops
The Museum offers guided tours and educational workshops for individuals, groups, and schools, in collaboration with Coopculture.
The educational programs are tailored to visitors’ needs and provide an engaging way to explore archaeological topics in depth.
